Return Period
At Fayira, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some products cannot be returned. Among these, we exclude:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary items.
- Hazardous materials or substances.
- Flammable liquids and gases.
The following items are also not accepted for return:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software.
- Certain personal health and care products.
Return Procedure
To return an item, please provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your product directly to the manufacturer. Please note that we only accept partial refunds in the following situations:
- Books showing signs of use.
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Damaged or incomplete items that are not in their original condition.
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your item. We will also notify you if your refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be credited to your credit card or other original method of payment within a few days of approval.
Issues with Refunds
If you havenât received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card issuer to verify that your refund has been processed. Also, contact your bank, as refunds can sometimes take a while to appear on your account.

Items on Sale
Please note that only items purchased at the regular price are refundable. Items on sale are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. To request an exchange, please email us at contact@fayira.com and return the item to the following address: Fayira, Adderley Street, Cape Town, Western Cape, 8001, South Africa.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the return is processed. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the person who made the purchase had the package delivered to you later, a refund will be issued directly to the buyer, and they will be notified of the return.
Return Shipping
To return a product, please send it to the following address: Fayira, Adderley Street, Cape Town, Western Cape, 8001, South Africa. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the shipping costs will be deducted. Depending on your location, the time it may take to receive your exchanged items may vary.
We recommend using a trackable or insured service for shipments over âŹ75, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
